Telehealth Information
Schedule a Telehealth Visit
Schedule a Telehealth Visit online or call (520) 352-1072 to schedule a telehealth visit with your preferred provider.
What is telehealth?
Telehealth simply means a doctor visit using video on your smartphone or computer. You will be able to talk with your provider from the comfort of your home or other locations just as you would in the doctor’s office.
How does it work?
You will need a device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer that has audio (microphone and speakers) and video (camera) capabilities. If using a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download an app and have a Gmail account. The scheduler will provide details when you make the appointment, including help setting up a Gmail account if you do not already have one.

How do I make a telehealth appointment?
Call your provider and ask if your appointment can be done by video. Some appointments require a physical examination in order for the doctor to meet the standard of care and make fully informed decisions. But many appointments can be managed well through virtual interaction. These may include certain visits for:
- Minor illnesses such as colds and allergies
- Minor injuries such as sprains
- Follow-up care
- Medication management
- Chronic disease management
- Back pain
- Other specialty care
Are telehealth visits covered by insurance?
