I come from a long line of healthcare providers and am proud to continue the tradition. I specialize in pulmonology because of the instant gratification – I can get my patients breathing well quickly. It's a joy when people tell me they can play with their kids again or get back to other activities they loved before their breathing became a challenge.
I enjoy involving whole families in the plan of care as we work together to keep patients out of hospitals and urgent care facilities. A big part of my role is to help educate patients and families about the lung issues they face, so we can work on improving overall quality of life.
During my free time, I keep busy running, hiking and playing soccer as well as spending time with my family. As a former University of Arizona track and field athlete, I also enjoy watching or attending every game I can.
